Directions to our Schools

Below we have provided a list of directions to the School District of Upper Dublin using the most frequently driven roads in the area. We have also provided, for your convenience, a link to Yahoo! Maps for driving directions.

Administration Building - 1580 Fort Washington Avenue, Maple Glen, PA 19002

From the PA Turnpike (276)
Exit the Turnpike at Fort Washington, Exit 339. After exiting the toll booth, go straight (keep left) and that road will automatically lead onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Make a right turn at the third traffic light onto Fort Washington Avenue. Go approximately three miles, crossing over Highland Avenue, Susquehanna Avenue, and Meetinghouse Road, and the Administration Center will be on your left across from Maple Glen Elementary School.

From the Philadelphia Airport
From Philadelphia Airport take 95 South out of airport. Proceed onto Route 476 North (Blue Route) to Plymouth Meeting. Get on Pennsylvania Turnpike Route 276 East. Follow directions from Pennsylvania Turnpike Route 276 above.

From Rt 309 North
While on Rt 309, pass the Turnpike and Fort Washington exits. Exit at Highland Avenue. At the bottom of the ramp, bear right onto Highland Avenue. Go to the first traffic light and make a left turn onto Fort Washington Avenue. Go approximately two miles, crossing over Susquehanna Avenue and Meetinghouse Road and the Administration Center will be on your left across from Maple Glen Elementary School.

From Rt 309 South
Exit Rt 309 South at the Fort Washington exit onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Make a right turn at the third traffic light onto Fort Washington Avenue.  Go approximately three miles, crossing over Highland Avenue, Susquehanna Avenue, and Meetinghouse Road, and the Administration Center will be on your left across from Maple Glen Elementary School.
 
Upper Dublin High School - 800 Loch Alsh Avenue, Fort Washington, PA 19034

From the PA Turnpike (276)
Exit the Turnpike at Fort Washington, Exit 339. After exiting the toll booth, go straight (keep left) and that road will automatically lead onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Make a right turn at the third traffic light onto Fort Washington Avenue. Go approximately one mile, straight through a traffic light at Highland Avenue, then make the first left turn, which is at Upper Dublin High School, onto Loch Alsh Avenue. Upper Dublin High School will be on your right.

From Rt 309 North
While on Rt 309, pass the Turnpike and Fort Washington exits. Exit at Highland Avenue. At the bottom of the ramp, bear right onto Highland Avenue. Go to the first traffic light and make a left turn onto Fort Washington Avenue. Make the first left turn, which is at Upper Dublin High School, onto Loch Alsh Avenue. Upper Dublin High School will be on your right.

From Rt 309 South
Exit Rt 309 South at the Fort Washington exit onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Make a right turn at the third traffic light onto Fort Washington Avenue. Go approximately one mile, straight through a traffic light at Highland Avenue, then make the first left turn, which is at Upper Dublin High School, onto Loch Alsh Avenue. Upper Dublin High School will be on your right.

From Bethlehem Pike going South
Instead of going to the Rt 309 South Bypass, continue straight down Bethlehem Pike through Springhouse. Go approximately one more mile, straight through the intersection at Butler Pike in Ambler. At the Rite Aid drug store on the left side, turn left onto Loch Alsh Avenue. Go through two stop signs, under the Rt 309 overpass and Upper Dublin High School will be on the left side.

Sandy Run Middle School - 520 Twining Road, Dresher, PA 19025

From the PA Turnpike (276)
Exit the Turnpike at Fort Washington, Exit 339.  After toll bear right onto Route 309 North. Take 309 north. Take Susquehanna Road Exit and bear right. Follow Susquehanna Road. After the sixth light, bear right onto Limekiln Pike (Rt. 152). Follow Limekiln Pike and make a right at the first traffic llight on Twining Road. The entrance to the middle school will be on the right. Visitor parking is around the front of the building on the upper lot.

From Limekiln Pike (Route 152)
From Fort Washington Avenue proceed to North Limekiln Pike. Make a right onto North Limekiln Pike. Turn slight right onto Limekiln Pike PA-152 S. Turn left onto Susquehanna Road. Take the first right onto South Limekiln Pike. Make a slight right onto Twining Road. The Middle School will be on your right.

From Rt. 309 South
Take 309 South to the Fort Washington Exit onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Continue on Pennsylvania Avenue to Twining Road. Make a left onto Twining Road. The Middle School will be on your right. 
 
Fort Washington Elementary School - 1010 Fort Washington Ave., Fort Washington, PA 19034

From the PA Turnpike (276)
Exit the Turnpike at Fort Washington, Exit 339. After exiting the toll booth, go straight (keep left) and that road will automatically lead onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Make a right turn at the third traffic light onto Fort Washington Avenue. Go approximately one mile, straight through a traffic light at Highland Avenue and Fort Washington Elementary School will be on your left.

From Rt 309 North
While on Rt 309, pass the Turnpike and Fort Washington exits. Exit at Highland Avenue. At the bottom of the ramp, bear right onto Highland Avenue. Go to the first traffic light and make a left turn onto Fort Washington Avenue and Fort Washington Elementary School will be on your left.

From Rt 309 South
Exit Rt 309 South at the Fort Washington exit onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Make a right turn at the third traffic light onto Fort Washington Avenue. Go approximately one mile, straight through a traffic light at Highland Avenue and Fort Washington Elementary School will be on your left.

From Bethlehem Pike going South
Instead of going to the Rt 309 South Bypass, continue straight down Bethlehem Pike through Springhouse. Go approximately one more mile, straight through the intersection at Butler Pike in Ambler. At the Rite Aid drug store on the left side, turn left onto Loch Alsh Avenue. Take Loch Alsh Avenue to Fort Washington Avenue. Make a right onto Fort Washington Avenue. Fort Washington Elementary School be be on your right.

Jarrettown Elementary School - 1520 Limekiln Pike, Dresher, PA 19025

From the PA Turnpike (276)
Exit the Turnpike at Fort Washington, Exit 339. After toll bear right onto Route 309 North. Continue on 309 North. Take Susquehanna Road Exit and bear right. Follow Susquehanna Road and make a left at the first traffic light onto Fort Washington Avenue. At the second traffic light, make a right onto Limekiln Pike. After two traffic lights, Jarrettown Elementary School will be on the left. Visitor parking is on the upper lot.

From Limekiln Pike (Route 152)
From Fort Washington Avenue proceed to Limekiln Pike. Make a right onto North Limekiln Pike. Turn slight right onto Limekiln Pike PA-152 S. After two traffic lights, Jarrettown Elementary School will be on your left.

Maple Glen Elementary School - 1581 Fort Washington Avenue, Maple Glen, PA 19002

From the PA Turnpike (276)
Exit the Turnpike at Fort Washington, Exit 339. After exiting the toll booth, go straight (keep left) and that road will automatically lead onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Make a right turn at the third traffic light onto Fort Washington Avenue. Go approximately three miles, crossing over Highland Avenue, Susquehanna Avenue, and Meetinghouse Road, and Maple Glen Elementary School will be on your right across from the Administration Center.

From Rt 309 North

From Rt 309 South
Exit Rt 309 South at the Fort Washington exit onto Pennsylvania Avenue. Make a right turn at the third traffic light onto Fort Washington Avenue. Go approximately three miles, crossing over Highland Avenue, Susquehanna Avenue, and Meetinghouse Road, and Maple Glen Elementary School will be on your right across from the Administration Center.

From Bethlehem Pike going South
Instead of going to the Rt 309 South Bypass, continue straight down Bethlehem Pike through Springhouse. Go approximately one more mile, straight through the intersection at Butler Pike in Ambler. Make a left onto Fort Washington Avenue and take approximately two miles crossing over Susquehanna Avenue and Meetinghouse Road, and Maple Glen Elementary School will be on your right across from the Administration Center.

Thomas Fitzwater Elementary School - 30 School Lane, Willow Grove, PA 19090

From PA Turnpike (276)
Exit the Turnpike at Fort Washington, Exit 339. After toll bear right onto Route 309 North. Continue on 309 North. Take Susquehanna Road Exit and bear right. Follow Susquehanna Road. Make a left after the eighth light onto Fitzwatertown Road. Follow Fitzwatertown Road and make a left at the first traffic llight on North Hills Avenue. Make the first left onto School Lane. The entrance to the elementary school will be on the left. Visitor parking is around the front of the building.

From Welsh Road
From Welsh Road (PA-63) proceed southeast toward Tennis Avenue. Turn Right onto Kimball Avenue. Make a slight right onto North Hills Avenue. Turn Right onto School Lane. Thomas Fitzwater Elementary School will be on your left.

From Limekiln Pike (Route 152)
From Fort Washington Avenue proceed to Limekiln Pike. Make a right onto Limekiln Pike. Turn slight right onto Limekiln Pike PA-152 S. Turn left onto Susquehanna Road. Continue on Susquehanna Road to Fitzwatertown Road. Make a left onto Fitzwatertown Road. Continue on Fizwatertown Road to North Hills Avenue. Make a left onto North Hills Avenue. Take North Hills Avenue to School Lane (less than a mile). Make a left onto School Lane. Thomas Fitzwater Elementary School will be on your left.
