Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is responsible for all aspects of personnel relations from hiring and orientation through resignation and retirement.  More specifically, the Office of Human Resources administers the employee evaluation process, assures compliance with employment laws and mandates, handles labor relations and collective bargaining issues, develops staffing recommendations,  projects salary and benefit costs for budgeting purposes and administers all facets of the employee fringe benefit program.
