Facility Use & Rentals

Thank you for your interest in our Facilities. Our buildings are valuable community assets and many civic and community groups use them for meetings and events. We are glad to accommodate these groups whenever we can.
Upper Dublin School District uses ML Schedules™ Software to manage facility scheduling. Please complete your request using our online system following the directions below.
*Due to restrictions that accompany COVID-19 within the District, until further notice, all Facility Requests will be placed in a “Pending” status.  Please watch the District Website for information on the opening of Facilities for community use.

Step 1: Register for an account 

Register here to set up your user account (first time users only)

You are required to upload a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for your group or organization.

Step 2: Login and make your request. 

Once your user account has been created, login here with your username and password to make your reservation request. 

Please plan ahead! UDSD requires 15 days advance notice for all requests by outside user groups.

Important Information

You must accept the District’s Rules & Regulations for Community Access to District Facilities.
