Jarrettown Elementary School

Kindergarten scientists at Jarrettown Elementary took learning outdoors last week with our new FOSS Science curriculum! Students designed paper creations with colorful streamers, headed outdoors to test how the wind moves them, and gathered for a sense-making circle to discuss their observations with fellow student-scientists. By focusing on real-world investigation and hands-on learning, students discover how science connects to the world around them.
