emoji art

TFES fifth graders learned about artist Yaacov Agam, a sculptor known for his optical and kinetic art. The students then worked in their art classes to create their own emoji-themed agamographs—artworks that change as you move from side to side.

Watch how, as you shift your perspective, the emojis transform before your eyes! This project helped students explore movement, illusion, and perspective while experiencing how art can feel alive and interactive—just as Agam intended.
