Sandy Run eighth graders in Ms. Miller’s classes wrapped up the fall with 1:1 book chats. After creating two-pagers that blended literary analysis, artistic creativity, and personal reflection, students shared their work with peers. In the process, they strengthened their speaking and listening skills and sparked interest in new books and genres
