There is something special about the beginning of a school year, a fresh sense of possibility, new ideas to explore, and the energy of our students returning to our schools. After spending opening days with our educators and welcoming students back, I continue to have high hopes for the year ahead.
In this News from the Nest, you will see some of the ways those hopes are already taking shape, from the professional learning that is strengthening instruction, to the recognition of two members of our team with Pennsylvania Education Innovation Awards, to the new leaders joining our District. You will also find a look at the work underway through our Education Committee and highlights from the first days of school.
